One guy - just one - makes a habit of needing change for a $20 at the Circ Desk.  The Director's response?

Do  not make change anymore.  Presumably, for anyone for anything.  We're still trying to get clarification on that,  'cause you know how we found out?  Miffed patron coming back to the Ref Desk after having been directed to the CIrc Desk to get change (business as usual), saying, "They said they don't do that anymore".

Also, the closest bank to use will not make change if you don't have an account.  Don't know about the second closest.

And these are the twat-waffles who spew  "Customer Service"  without having the least little idea what that means in the reality in which the rest of us live.
